SHIPPING POLICY

Where we ship

We ship within Australia only.

Cost:

Free standard shipping on all orders, Australia-wide.

Delivery time

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–6 business days from the date of order.

Deliveries to regional and remote areas, WA and NT may take longer.

Carriers

Orders are sent with Australia Post or Aramex, depending on your location.

Tracking

You will receive tracking details by email once your order is dispatched. If you have not received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, check your junk folder and then contact us.

Delivery address

Please make sure your delivery address and contact phone number are correct at checkout. We cannot redirect a parcel once it has been dispatched, and we are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address.

Delayed or lost parcels

If your order has not arrived within 10 business days, contact us at hello@nalaco.com.au with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier.
